Hi guys! I’m back from a short hiatus and oh, I forgot to mention that recently, I celebrated my birthday and I just turned 24! I’m quite excited already when I realized that I’ve had a list of some things I wanted to do but not all of them are accomplished. So I thought of doing the things I’ve not done yet before.
With real pressure to accomplish the list I’ve made few years back, I summed up some things that are possible to do before the “deadline,” which might be a lot but ended up not really doing all of them.
So for today’s post, it will be a personal type of post which focuses mainly on the things I want to do now that I’m 24. It might not be a wide scoped post and not everyone can relate but young adults like me might want to add these things on your Bucketlists too.
1. Get a promise ring

2. Start a gratitude journal

3. Create a capsule wardrobe

4. Learn a new language

5. Book a solo trip

6. Try vegan for a week

7. Eat on a 24 course meal restaurant

8. Get a Brazilian wax

9. Flaunt a bikini

10. Learn to bake

11. Drive outside the city

12. Get a credit card

13. Eat an expensive cheese

14. Dye my hair

15. Drink champagne

16. Raise varities of succulents

17. Collect herbs

18. Buy a boxset of manga comics

19. Revamp my room

20. Eat a lobster

21. Purchase a book series

22. Get a laser treatment

23. Rent a condo

24. Sleep for 24 hours

These lists might be a little odd to look at but honestly, I’ve done so little basic things in my 23 years of existence. I grew up in a very boring life, I seldom travel and was not given an opportunity to enjoy life as I was given a big responsibility and burden just as I finished school.
These things I’ve written is just as simple and realistic as it sounds because the real bucketlist would take years to accomplish and knowing that it would take a long time, a lot of money, and a bucket of tears, sweat and blood, that truth kind of overwhelms me.
A lot of my readers might have done these things already and you might be thinking that I’m just a big slump here, still not able to do these simple things when I could do it even few years back even before I turned 20. But please be gentle, not all people are privileged to do things freely as I do believe that people have their own timeline.
Still, cheers to 24!
